1 Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as information that is automatically collected when you use our Service.

Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password, and optional profile details when you create an account.
  • Payment Information: Credit card numbers, billing addresses, and other financial information processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Text Input: Text content you submit for conversion to speech. This data is processed to generate audio and is not used to train our models unless you opt in.
  • Voice Recordings: Audio samples you upload for voice cloning. These are processed solely for creating your custom voice clone and are stored securely.
  • Communications: Information you provide when contacting support, submitting feedback, or participating in surveys.

Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service, character counts, audio generation history, and interaction patterns.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution, and language preferences.
  • Log Data: IP addresses, access times, referring URLs, and server logs.
  • Location Data: Approximate geographic location derived from your IP address.

2 How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

3 Data Storage & Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it.

  • All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption.
  • Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud providers (AWS) in the United States.
  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized employees who need it to perform their duties.
  • We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing.
  • We maintain an incident response plan and will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovering a data breach.

Data Retention: We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Text inputs are processed in real-time and are not stored beyond the processing period unless you save generated audio to your account. Voice clone data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of account closure.

Data Location: Your data is primarily stored in data centers in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4 Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and track information about your use of the Service.
